Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of a booked service by contacting us before the scheduled service time.

• If the cancellation request is made in advance and prior notice is provided, eligible refunds may be processed as applicable.
• If the customer fails to inform us prior to the scheduled service time, the service charge will not be refunded.
• Any costs already incurred for manpower, travel, or service preparation may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Cancellation by SunTech

SunTech may cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances including:

• Weather conditions
• Technical issues
• Safety concerns
• Unavailability of staff
• Other operational reasons

In such cases, customers will be informed promptly and may choose either:

• A full refund, or
• Rescheduling of the service at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be credited through the original payment method used during booking.

Non-Refundable Situations
